Return process (complaints, how to return products, etc.)
All GCP products are supplied with an appropriate guarantee. It is understood that all products you receive should be in proper condition and perform as required for the intended use.
Please notify GCP Dental immediately should you have a complaint concerning the products or services delivered. This can be done by telephone or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, stating:
- order number,
- article or service provided,
- serial number or lot number if applicable
- description of your complaint
We will acknowledge your complaint immediately and respond with a suitable solution as quickly as possible. Depending on the article, this may be a temporary or permanent replacement, repair or refund.
You may return the products to GCP Dental for full refund without specific explanation provided the product packaging is intact and in a resalable condition within 14 days of receipt. This cancellation can be requested by email to email@example.com, stating the articles concerned, your bank account for a refund, and the order number. After confirmation by our sales department by email, you should return the products to the following address:

Please take into account when returning products:
- The articles should correspond to the delivery note that was included in the original shipment,
- The articles should be in original sealed and undamaged packaging,
- The articles should be returned within 14 days after receiving the confirmation email from our sales department.
- The shipping cost and the risk of return transportation are your responsibility. Any damages or cost incurred by GCP Dental in case of a return shipment will be deducted from your refund.
- Your refund will be processed within two weeks after receiving the goods at the GCP Dental return address.
